Stop Discovery Obstruction: Get the Evidence You Need to Prove Your Case
October 22, 2021
6.0 CLE Hours (inc. 1.0 ethics hour)
This CLE will focus on a problem that all lawyers face every day—the defense’s attempts to prevent you from discovering the evidence you’re entitled to. Because we face it daily, many of us have come to expect it and even accept it. Some of us may not even realize it’s happening to us. This seminar will provide you with the legal and ethical information you need to defeat the obstruction, and get the evidence you’re entitled to so you can prove make your case. We will have the honor and benefit of Judges Paul Ridgeway, A. Graham Shirley and Allen Baddour joining us to share their wisdom on how to address these issues as well. Please join us to add more tools to your trial toolbox.
