Social Security Disability 2021: Improving your Practice with Federal Court Law

December 10, 2021

approved for 6.5 CLE hours (inc. 1.0 ethics hour)

COVID hit the Social Security disability practice area hard and many of our clients even harder. Our clients need us now more than ever.  How can you win more Social Security disability cases in the current environment? In short, you have to be a better lawyer and representative.  One of best ways to win more cases (and protect cases for appeal when you get unreasonable denials) is to better understand the federal case law, statutes, rulings, and regulations that govern our practice.  Now more than ever the disability practitioner needs to be an expert in the law, rulings, and regulations that control our clients’ fates.  This CLE focuses on how to use federal case law, rulings, and best practice techniques for post-hearing development to strengthen your cases.  The results for those who work to be better practitioners will be more wins and better cases to appeal when your clients are unfairly denied.  The law and regulations are often on our side, this CLE will show you how to take control of the law and use it to win more cases.
